Cookies and trackers

Cookie policy

A cookie is a small file stored in your browser. This page lists everything the website stores on your device, and why.

1. What we use today

The website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. It only stores what it needs to work or to provide a service you ask for:

NameTypePurposeDuration
sw-langCookie, Success WayRemembering the language you chose (French or English)12 months
sw_attrBrowser local storage, Success WayRemembering where your visit came from (campaign link, referring page) to attach it to your booking request. It only leaves your device if you send the form.Until you clear the website's data
sw_quizSession storage, Success WayRemembering your online diagnosis score to attach it to your requestUntil you close the tab

These are strictly necessary: they only provide a service you request or remember a choice you made, so they do not require consent.

2. Embedded third-party services

Two third-party services may set their own cookies, only when you use them:

  • The iClosed booking calendar, shown after you send the form, to make the booking work.
  • The Cloudflare Stream video player, when you play a video testimonial.

These services have their own privacy policies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address but does not set cookies.

3. If we add measurement tools

If we ever add an audience measurement tool or an advertising pixel (for example Google Analytics or Meta Pixel), a banner will let you accept or refuse them before anything is stored, as easily one way as the other. This page will be updated with the exact list.

4. Managing or deleting cookies

You can delete the website's cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings (privacy, site data). The website will keep working: it will simply ask for your language again if needed.

5. Find out more
