These terms of use govern access to and use of the website published by SUCCESS WAY CORPORATE LIMITED. By browsing the website, you accept them.

1. Purpose of the website

The website presents Success Way's services: creating, launching and running online ad campaigns, and everything around them (creatives, pages, results tracking, lead follow-up). It also lets you take an online diagnosis and request a call.

2. A website for professionals

The website and Success Way's services are for businesses and professionals acting in the course of their business. By requesting a call, you confirm you are acting on behalf of a business and are authorised to do so.

3. Access to the website

The website is free to access, apart from the cost of your internet connection. We do our best to keep it available at all times, but we may interrupt it for maintenance, updates or technical issues, without any compensation being due.

4. Forms and booking

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information, and to use only your own contact details or those you are authorised to share. Sending the form commits you to nothing and does not oblige Success Way to offer you a call or the 7-day test: places are limited and we select the businesses we believe we can help.

The 7-day test is governed by the Painkiller Test™ terms. Any paid engagement is covered by a separate written contract.

5. Online diagnosis and general information

The online diagnosis, average figures and examples on the website are general information, given as an indication only. They do not replace an analysis of your account and are not personalised advice. No result, revenue or return on investment is guaranteed.

6. What is not allowed

You may not use the website in a way that harms it or other people, in particular: sending automated or bulk requests, trying to access non-public areas, introducing malicious code, copying the website or its content, or using the form to send advertising messages.

7. Intellectual property

The website content is protected. Copying it is governed by the legal notice. You may share a link to the website, as long as you do not suggest a partnership that does not exist.

8. Liability

Success Way is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the website, for the content of third-party websites it links to, or for interruptions caused by the host or your connection. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If there is a disagreement, please email us first at contact@successway-group.com: we always look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
