When you fill in the booking form

  • Identity and contact: first name, last name, job title, company, work email, mobile number.
  • Information about your business: website, industry, revenue band, ad budget, platforms used, who runs your ads, your priority, your timeframe, and any free-text message you write.

When you book a slot

The booking calendar (iClosed) receives your name, email and mobile number to pre-fill the booking, together with the slot you choose.

During the call and the 7-day test

If you give us access to your ad account, we view the data it contains (campaigns, spend, results). For that data, we act on your behalf and on your instructions, as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR.

When you browse the website

  • Technical logs kept by our host: IP address, browser, pages requested, date and time. They are used for security and to keep the website running.
  • Country of connection: inferred from your IP address during the visit to show the website in French or English. It is not stored.
  • Online diagnosis (6 questions): your answers are calculated in your browser. They are not sent to us, except for the score you send with the booking form.

The website currently uses no audience measurement tool and no advertising pixel. If we add any, they will only be activated with your consent (see the cookie policy).
